All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided. Once your order has been shipped, Kitin Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
